Arts and Crafts and Plant Circle @ Burrard View Park Fieldhouse

Yoohoo! There’s a new event happening every Tuesday in the Fieldhouse in Burrard View Park (545 North Slocan Street) starting on the 25th of March.

The “Arts and Crafts and Plant Circle” is a space where you can learn, share and be creative in the presence of others. There are many ideas of what we can do together:

– processing seeds

– learning to make origami packages for the seeds to give them away

– linoleum carving

– drawing

– painting

– pressing plants

– decorating the Fieldhouse

– organizing shelves

– processing foods

– making patches

… you name it! There are sooo many options. If you want to share skills or bring your own ideas you are more than welcome to do that. Just come along alone or with your friends. Everyone is welcome no matter the skill level, age (children welcome) or any other social category 🙂

This is an inclusive space to learn and explore your own creativity.

Looking forward to seeing you at the fieldhouse that is located on the unceded territory of Sḵwxw̱ú7mesh, xʷməθkʷəy̓əm and səlilwətaɬ people that we have the pleasure to call our home too.

This event is free – if you want you can leave a donation to support VUFFF.
