Thank you for your interest in joining Vancouver Urban Food Forest Foundation! Together we can shape the future of healthy communities by growing local, culturally appropriate and native foods while directly promoting community connection and nutrition security in our Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood.
Although we strive to decolonize our practices, some processes are governed by the BC Societies Act as we are a registered non-profit organization. VUFFF charges a sliding scale starting at $5 for the yearly membership fee which helps support our programming and ensures members are in good standing to participate in the voting process. Every contribution no matter how small, helps us continue our important work.
If you have any questions about this process, please let us know! We can only grow when we receive feedback! We also have volunteer opportunities that allows you to have real impact on the ground at the grassroots level.
